From a very young age I was fascinated by "alternative" styles, and as the years past body modifications became the center of my interest. I first tried to get into the industry when I was 16, by going into Beyond Taboo and asking Punk Ray about a piercing apprenticeship. He instructed me to learn as much as I could about the humanbody and medical skills. I purchased a Greys Anatomy book, enrolled in Human Anatomy in high school and devoted much free time to learning more about the world of body modifications. The more I learned the more excited I was to learn more.
By the age of 20 I was a certified CPR, First Aid, and Blood Borne Pathogens Instructor for the Red Cross and was enrolled in college courses to be a Skin Specialist. After frequenting Beyond Taboo any chance I got, I was then given the great opportunity by Lil' Rat to begin working and learning there. Even after finishing my apprenticeship I still see every day as a chance to
learn and improve. I enjoy doing new and different things and hope to continue to progress and become the best that I can be. I am truly thankful to be doing what I love for a living.
