Body art has become so popular in the past few years that it's hard
to walk down the street, go to the mall, or pick up a magazine
without seeing someone with a piercing or a tattoo. Perhaps you
think body piercings look cool and you've thought about getting one,
but didn't know how to go about stopping in a studio and asking
questions. Well we don't mind people stopping in to check the place
out. We encourage anybody getting a tattoo or piercing to do
research beforehand.
Our experienced and well educated Piercers will be more than glad to
help you.
Equipped with the most up-to-date selection of jewelry on hand and
top-of-the-line piercing instruments, you will be in safe hands at
Beyond Taboo. We also do Dermal Implants and Surface Piercings.
Getting pierced is not nearly as painful as you think. Although pain
is relative to the individual, the pain of a piercing only lasts a
split second. When you come in the studio the piercer will be more
than happy to explain anything about the procedure, aftercare and
healing period that you want to know.
Depending on the body part, healing times can take anywhere from a
few weeks to more than a year. If you do get a piercing, make sure
you take good care of it afterward, by following our healing
guidelines and you will have continuing access to the piercer for
assistance throughout the healing process.
Our piercers stay abreast of the latest knowledge on
cross-contamination and piercing/healing techniques and
if you have any
"QUESTIONS, PROBLEMS, OR CONCERNS", with your new
piercing, you have unlimited access to your piercer. Stop in
during our business hours and we will be glad to discuss anything
concerning your piercings or future piercings with you. We are not
physicians, so any suggestions we make are based on past experience and
that of others in the industry. And we request that you stop by instead
of calling, that is because it is almost impossible to diagnose
something described over a phone. Generally any concerns the client has,
is usually just symptoms of normal healing. |
